Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to give you a site credit for unworn items. Merchandise should be returned and accompanied by the original packaging and must show no signs of wear.

To request for a site credit, send an email to within 7 days of receiving your item (s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and you order number in the subject line. Item(s) must be delivered back to our facility by the 30th day from the original purchase date.

Once we received the returned item(s) on our warehouse in the conditions we required, we will provide you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on Please allow us up to 72 hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and the site credit issued.

Site credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
