Merchandise should be returned and accompanied by the original packaging and must show no signs of wear for the return to be accepted with refund.

Item(s) must be delivered back to our facility by the 14th day from the original purchase date.Once we received the returned item(s) on our warehouse in the conditions we required, we will provide you an online credit code via email or a refund for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on vieajewelry.com.
