OUR VIEA PIECES

Our jewelry is made out of a variety of materials. Most of which are gold vermeil and gold plated.

Our Gold Vermeil pieces are 18k thick gold plating on 925 sterling silver by set standard.

Our Gold Plated pieces are either 14k or 18k.

Some of the jewelries also come with Zirconia stones. All pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish free.

To ensure quality that lasts for your Viea Jewelry, avoid direct contact with liquids. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.

Using a small, slightly damp, soft cloth lightly polish your jewelry until the shine has visibly improved.

Our best advice is that you keep your jewelry in our signature Viea pouch when not in use.

Quality goes hand in hand in the production of our jewelry. Before shipping out, our team double checks and polishes each piece to ensure the best Viea quality for you.

However, if your Viea Jewelry comes to you in a less than perfect condition, please feel free to send us a photo of your piece to customercare@vieajewelry.com or through our website chat and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

We accept payments through the following:

Yes we ship internationally to selected countries. Simply check if your country is available upon placing your order.

We have varying fees depending on your location.

We ship for free domestically in the US and Philippines, no minimum purchase required.

For international orders we charge a rate based on your location and free shipping for all orders above $100.

Orders are shipped out one business day after payment has been processed.

As soon as complete payment has been settled and verified by our team, your order will automatically be prepared on the same day and will be shipped out the following day.

Shipping varies differently according to your location. Domestic shipments in the US and Philippines will arrive within 3-6 business days.

International shipments will take 7-10 business days.

However, if you want to receive your orders asap, you may also request for same-day shipping via your courier of choice - just let us know via our website chat or email customercare@vieajewelry.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that shipping days are as mentioned unless there are delays beyond our control (i.e. weather conditions, customs inspections, etc.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to reach out to us via our website chat or email us at customercare@vieajewelry.com as soon as possible. And we will gladly come up with a solution in your favor.

We are happy to give you a site credit for unworn items. Site credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Unfotunately, we do not accept international returns and/or exchanges. International orders are non-refundable for reasons such as avoiding inconveniences for both parties as return/exchange packages tend to get mishandled and/or lost.
